40 hours/week
    Day shift with weekend/holiday rotation (no more than every 5th weekend)
    Flexible scheduling
    Adult-geriatric population
    Experience with Oncology and Critical Care patients a plus
    Average caseload 10-12 evals/day
    90% evals and 10% treatment time
    4 PT's, 6 PTA's and 3 Rehab Aides in the department
    Epic EMR
    Cross-training to Outpatient encouraged but not required
    Reports to Inpatient Rehab Manager
    Will be working in a NEW HOSPITAL (opening June 25th)
    State of the art units, with treatment areas on each floor/unit
    Productivity expectation = 160 treatment minutes/day
  
    Sign-on bonus for a new grad to less than 4 full years SLP experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
    Sign-on bonus for a SLP with 5 years+ PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)
    $500/year allocated per each therapist for CEU opportunities and/or license renewal
    Relocation assistance available (dollar amount negotiable)
