Job Description

We are state-of-the art skilled nursing facility with a dynamic inpatient program located in Watsonville, California. The facility offers an outdoor area and gym for therapist use. Streamlined therapy procedures & systems, as well as state of the art therapy equipment and computer systems for email, time keeping, resident notes & billing entry, ensure consistency for ease of care and documentation. The therapy department focuses on stroke recovery, orthopedic rehab, contracture management, cognitive retraining, prosthetic/orthotic training, and other various programs.
