 Responsibilities 

Take your clinical leadership skills and passion for Stroke care to the next level. 

Lead an engaged staff deliver exceptional care on our 32-bed Stroke Unit in a hospital that was recently recognized with the AHA Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award and Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite Plus.  

Qualifications  

The job description is available for review but here is what we are looking for: 

BSN is required for this position, Master's degree preferred. Our ideal candidate will be certified as a Neuro/Stroke Nurse or interested in obtaining certification upon hire and actively participates in professional organization. 

A successful candidate will have 5 years of RN experience working with Neuro/Stroke patients with 3 years of progressive leadership experience to include 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager. 

You need to have an unencumbered RN license in the state of Maryland at the time of hire and an American Heart Association BLS card.

SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Does the candidate have a BSN or higher? 

Does the candidate have 5 years Neuro/Stroke experience as a RN? 

Does the candidate have 3 years of leadership exp. with last 2 as Clinical Manager?
