Weekend requirements: Two weekend days every 4-6 weeks - will have a day off during the week.

All candidates will be required to get a flu vaccine for this position Candidates will need to be able to pass a nicotine screen with their drug screen. The facility will not be able to offer this position to any candidate who uses tobacco or nicotine. This also includes the patch or any other devise/product that contains nicotine. Please be sure to only submit candidates that meet this requirement. Facility will only consider occupational therapist candidates with at least 1 year of home health experience (within the last three years). Must have own means of transportation and clean driving record. York county visits.

Relocation assistance is available (the facility will reimburse a moving company a set amount - will not be able to use reimbursement for other means.
