JOB DESCRIPTION

Our cath lab department is a staff of licensed professionals utilizing their experience in evaluation, education and treatment of individuals with heart-care needs. Our team is looking for a Registered Nurse that would promote the ongoing development and vision of the department.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for charge of cath room while circulating and monitoring the physical and emotional needs of the patient and acts accordingly. Provides direct patient care using nursing process within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and in accordance with professional standards, hospital and department policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Licensure/certification/registration: Current licensure with Texas State Board of Nursing. CPR

Experience Required: 1-2 years cath lab, special procedures, ICU or telemetry experience preferred, but will train.
