Physical Therapist- PT - Outpatient Clinic

Unit: Outpatient (some inpatient and sub acute)

 Primary coverage is for our out-patient clinic. Flexibility is needed as coverage may include working at the main Hospital with both in-patients and sub-acute patients. This clinic has recently undergone significant renovations all equipment is new. Community is small and caters to seasonal tourists. Great for the candidate that enjoys the outdoors, hunting, boating, fishing, golfing, swimming, snowmobiling, etc. Dress code is scrubs or business casual, no jeans. All age groups, child to geriatric Monday through Friday hours. May be variable shifts, pending the location and patient load. Typical 7-3:30, 8-4:30, 9-5:30, etc. They must be flexible and willing to do outpatient, inpatient and sub-acute. 75% outpatient, 20% sub-acute, 5% inpatient. Agency will provide proof of all current (within a week of submission) license verifications upon submission. 7 year National Background check which includes a SSN Verification as well as a County verification required upon confirmation and acceptance of traveler. Background Check must be started with 24 hours of acceptance.
