Job Description

Current FPs no longer taking new patients, not enough FPs to support needs in community. 

Specific skill sets required:

General Family Practice (all ages)

Patients/ volume expected to be seen per day:               15-20+

Number of hospitals serviced:             1             Service area           40,000 - 50,000   

Primary Draw Area:              Potsdam, Canton, and Gouverneur

Tuition/Loan -23K/year  Assistance/Reimbursement:  Considered with forgiveness period occurring over a number of years of service to the community.
