Job Description

The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and retaining new business from market physicians as well as other community partners for the various service lines as well as increasing the growth through the sales and marketing.

 

Does this describe you?

Experience in developing programs and new business lines. 
computer proficiency to include internet research, word processing 
computer proficiency to include spreadsheets, databases and grapic software 
outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
ability to create and present professional presentations 
Bachelors Degree in business, healthcare administration or public health administration 
Masters Degree in Health Administration, Business or Economics preferred 

The Ideal Candidate

The DBD will successfully develop and retain business from market physicians and other community partners for all service lines, as well as develop new ones. Increased growth will be done through sales and marketing.

The ideal candidate has worked for these companies:

At least 3-5 years progressive business development experience in an acute care facility 350 beds or higher.  Exhibits passion, service excellence and ability to work with all types of personalities and ethnicities.
