Job Description

Clinical Manager would work with the Director of Critical Care for ICU & PCU and assist the shift supervisors in resolving patient care issues, patient concerns, help improve satisfaction for patients, employees and physicians.  Would be responsible for both units in the absence of the Director.

Total of 41 beds  (10 in ICU and 31 PCU)  All monitored beds

Total of 80 FTE's   (RNs, PCAs, and Unit Secretaries)

ICU Nurse Patient ratios 1:2

PCU Nurse Patient ratios 1:4  (There is a 47 bed telemetry unit in addition - that ICU/PCU patients are downgraded to --but not included in this position)

This is a new position and prefer someone with some shift supervisory/management experience and at least 1 year of ICU experience.
