PT – Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with no plans to increase hours.  It is eligible for all benefits with the exception of disability coverage. 

Outpatient Physical Therapist:

• No weekends or major holidays worked; no on-call requirements
• Day shift with at least one shift ending as late as 7p
• Schedule can be two 10-hour days/week or three 6.5 days/week
• Population is Adult - Geriatric
• May cover occasionally at New Concord and Somerset facilities, but will work primarily in Zanesville
• Sign-on bonus negotiable (will determine amount based on the PT's experience)
• Relocation assistance offered
• State of the art equipment
• Daily average of 7-9 patients; can see 1-3 new evals/day
• One hour allotted for all new evals
• One hour is also blocked on the PT's schedule per day for documentation purposes (Epic EMR)
• If PT's evals go up to 4/day, extra documentation time is blocked
• Will join team of  7 PTs and 8 PTAs
• Opportunity to cross-train to inpatient setting as interested
