Healthcare

• 32 hours/week with no guarantee of more hours; this is eligible for all benefits
• Combined inpatient and outpatient caseload: 20 hours OP and 12 hours IP/week
• Weekend/holiday rotation required (every 3rd - 4th weekend)
• At least one later shift per week (10:30a - 7p)
• All evals and treatments are provided 1:1
• Pediatric experience required
• DPNS and/or VitalStim certifications a plus
• Experience with MBS, bedside swallows, dysarthria/apraxia, cognitive rehab a plus
• Computerized documentation (Epic)
• Will join a team of 3 inpatient and 3 outpatient SLP's
• Opportunity to cross-train to other specialties as interested, e.g. augmentative communication, laryngectomy rehab, etc.
• CEU allowance per year; plus multiple free onsite CEU opportunities are brought on-site each year
• New Pediatrics Rehab Center promotes "sensory play"; 6 private Tx rooms; 60 feet of running space
• Sign-on bonus for less than 4 full years SLP experience at the time of offer: $6,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in three annual installments of $2,000)
• Sign-on bonus for SLP with 5 years+ PT experience at the time of offer: $10,000 for a 2-year commitment (paid in five annual installments of $2,000)

• Reports to OP Manager (who is also a SLP)
• CFY's are NOT preferred and will receive minimal consideration
