Family Medicine - Outpatient Only

Unit Description: Opening is located in Freeland, Michigan and services the East-Central Michigan community. a multispecialty group with more than 100 providers in 22 specialties in nine communities, is looking for a physician to bring on board perm with their organization to fill the position of the provider that is retiring.

Requirements: Experienced family medicine physician, graduating resident or fellow.
Patient and Procedure Mix: All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventive health care to the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. 

This is an employed position with a base salary and Relative Value Unit's component. Relocation expenses, disability, malpractice, medical and dental, paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipend.

 On Call requirements1:4 Call only

Weekend requirements: weekends as needed/scheduled. 

Certification requirements:BLS/CPR, ACLS, BC
