Senior Parts Jobs in Bedford, Bedfordshire
As a Parts Supervisor, you’ll provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner. You’ll ensure all needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products and the effective use of Manufacturers Electronic Parts Catalogues and ordering systems.
You’ll work with manufacturers, industry colleagues and customers, being their first port of call when they have a query. You’ll be comfortable liaising via various channels including phone, email, fax and face to face. This is a fast paced, busy retail sales environment.
Possessing experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts, you’ll be people-focused and an inspirational team player. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you’ll have customer facing experience and be proficient in IT systems and packages.
