- Advanced english skills
Experiencie:
- 1 year of experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk and/or troubleshooting to software and hardware.
- Experience with tools like Teamviewer.
Functions:
- Gives helpdesk support to users on USA.
Job location:
- Downtown area in Guadalajara.
- To work part-time from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on weekends, with 2 days off.
