We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Lindell Boulevard. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the St. Louis area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate local St. Louis area routes efficiently, utilizing GPS and route optimization tools
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each stop
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Organize and load delivery items securely to prevent damage during transport
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately when required

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or older
• Access to an insured vehicle in good working condition for delivery purposes
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Excellent driving record with a commitment to safe driving practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages safely
• Familiarity with St. Louis area roads and neighborhoods is preferred
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications is preferred
