We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Charles location (1966 Old Hwy 94). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work independently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within St. Charles and surrounding areas
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption
• Load, unload, and transport packages while ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliveries to meet daily targets and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with route optimization software
