As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers with every stop. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes and territories
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service
• Load, unload, and handle packages with care, maintaining product quality and integrity
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate addresses and meet delivery schedules
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's brand with professionalism and courtesy

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of documented driving history
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and background screening per company standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and handle packages safely
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional attitude
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
