We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Edwardsville location (120 E Vandalia St). In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Edwardsville area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our organization positively at every stop
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems while maintaining awareness of traffic conditions and road safety
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any customer concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
