We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Chatham, United States location. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Chatham area. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize fuel consumption
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Navigate local Chatham streets and neighborhoods with confidence and precision
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer issues
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Familiarity with the Chatham area or willingness to quickly learn local geography
• Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Preferred: Experience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing roles
• Preferred: Knowledge of GPS navigation systems and route optimization
