We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Urbana location (407 E University Ave). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while maintaining strong connections with the people you serve. You'll play a vital role in ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery time commitments
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers, addressing questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Manage multiple deliveries per shift while maintaining organizational standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles
• Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and reliability

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality in previous roles
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service
