We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Morris location (1735 N Division St). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Morris and surrounding areas
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesy
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe operations
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and meet customer expectations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet time commitments and performance goals
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and vehicle operation guidelines consistently
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the company brand professionally at every stop

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic route planning
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposes
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with local Morris area roads and neighborhoods
