Job Description
The Customer Service Representative supports both Supply Chain Center operations. The incumbent in this role will provide general office/clerical support as well as maintain Supply Chain Center run operational such as order processing, credit management, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Credit Management
- Support with inbound/outbound phone calls
- Communicate with customers over the phone, email and online chat to resolve their questions or concerns
- Prepare orders in WMS and prepare pertinent reports for loading and production
- Order processing including processing orders from customers and ensuring accurate ordering to the Supply Chain Centers, completing manual store orders, and manage add ons/change request
- Coordinate and disseminate corporate, marketing, and other company information to the stores
- Maintain filing system for invoices, reports, and other customer-related information
- Support specialty orders such as school lunch, WRC, and DIG
- Maintain credit management for the customer and lead credit review process via SAP/Credit Tracker
- Support with all SCC communication and redelivery
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, multi-task
- Meet performance metrics/objectives
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to work a flexible shift/schedule, holidays and weekends
- Call Center Soft skills preferred
