Job Description

We are looking for a creative, self-starter to join our marketing team to help us create compelling content and manage our social campaigns.

What You'll Do

Social media content calendar management

  • Plan and manage our monthly social media content calendar, with support and input from the Head of Marketing and local office(s)
  • Develop and execute social media content across our social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram/Instagram Stories, TikTok, Twitter, Blog)
  • May be asked to assist with the management of paid social media

Content creation

  • Maintain visual and conceptual brand consistency across all media platforms (digital, print and out-of-home)
  • Bring innovative ideas from conceptualization to execution, working cross-functionally with Diana Health teammates as needed to create compelling content
  • Manage the production process for social media creative assets, including requesting assets, crafting creative briefs and video scripts, and collaborating with the Head of Marketing on larger-scale video and image shoots
  • Create additional social photos & video using smartphone and in-app (e.g. Instagram, TikTok) camera and editing tools

Analytics & reporting

  • Track and report on relevant KPIs, bringing learnings back to the wider marketing team and implementing them to optimize social/digital content
  • Monitor competitor and industry updates within the social landscape

Community management

  • Monitor and respond to follower and customer comments and DMs in close partnership with the Head of Marketing and Community Outreach Managers
  • Foster a supportive, engaged brand community through comments and DMs

Qualifications

Must have:

  • A passion for entrepreneurship, health & wellness, building communities & relationships
  • Solid design skills for editing photos, videos and producing content in line with brand guidelines
  • Strong visual eye for curating social feeds with beautiful, relevant content
  • Outstanding written and spoken English
  • Experience owning and executing a compelling content calendar
  • Experience creating meaningful online community engagement, conducting thoughtful outreach and generating + executing branded partnerships
