Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As an Area Manager you will lead a team of mobile Cleaners who are responsible for servicing a number of bank branches in the Montreal area. You will be the face of the company and as such you will be responsible for maintain positive client relationships, adding new services, and if needed resolving operational performance issues. As a leader you will be responsible for providing vision, direction, and technical expertise to members of your team. Select job details are as follows:

  • Responsible for the safe and effective delivery of services outlined in the contract
  • Ensuring your regional lives up to financial and service performance metrics. This include, but is not limited to, managing the regions’ P&L and budget and operational service level agreements
  • Be a visible leader in the field by regularly visiting client locations and inspiring your team
  • Identifies new opportunities to market and sell new products and services to existing clients

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a minimum of 4 years direct leadership experience
  • At least 2 years leading teams in multiple locations
  • An ideal candidate has cleaning or contract services experience
  • Valid Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
  • You speak English and/or French
  • Intermediate skills with Word, Excel, Outlook 
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills (oral and written) 
  • Ability to maintain excellent relations with stakeholders – Client, customers and Dexterra People 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and supervisory skills
