Our Global Payroll Team is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to take care of the payroll process in the NAMER area. What you’ll deliver:
You will be responsible for the timely processing of payroll for all our US and Canada-based employees
You will cooperate with our external payroll agencies, provide them with all data and updates
You will be the primary contact for our employees regarding payroll questions
You will admin our option plan
You will be preparing standard and ad hoc reports, supporting audits and review processes
You will work closely with People and Finance teams, thinking also how we can improve our processes to keep full compliance but also to work #smarter
- Have experience as a payroll coordinator or in a similar role (2-3 years)
- Have attention to the details and ability to work with deadlines
- Love to work with people and be the “go-to” person to solve issues
- Have base knowledge of US and Canadian labor law and can effectively cooperate with external advisors to find the best solutions
- Have experience with Google Docs Editors, hiBOB ( HRIS), Netsuite, ADP and Shareworks would be an asset
