Purpose

Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Covering Event, Incident and Change Management Process of ITIL in famous SNOW Portal
• Participate on projects running newest technologies like S4HANA, Sybase-ASE
• All related to both Private and Hybrid Cloud Computing
• Working on solutions directly connected to World Lead Suppliers like SAP-RISE
• Propose and perform regular inspections and improvement recommendations .
• Diagnose and resolve complex tickets or escalate complex tickets with direct/potential impact related to IT infrastructure.
• Investigate the root cause of complex incidents and then initiate actions  to improve or correct the situation.
• Evaluate, authorize, prioritize, plan, test, implement, document and review complex changes in controlled manner or escalate to higher authority.
• Assess actual performance of IT infrastructure against its predicted performance. Any deviations between the two should be understood and proactively remediated, with vendors if necessary.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support IT service.
• Serve as technical lead to provide clear and comprehensive release and deployment plans.
• Serve as technical lead to assure delivery of the service in critical situations.
• Deliver effective training plans and concepts to train other employees and ensure their fulfillment
• Implement new technologies/services or upgrades to existing technologies.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have at least secondary education in Information technologies
• Have at least 4 years of experience in the field
• Have expert-level core platform knowledge of SAP 
• Have intermediate knowledge of related platform, such as Linux 
• Are communicative, a team player and possess analytical thinking, training/mentoring abilities, presentation skills and negotiation skills
• Have financial literacy in the respective business area
• Have knowledge of Project management and ITIL processes
• Speak English at least at B2 level

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1300€ /brutto.
