OS is one of the leading ICT service providers in the German market and acts as a key driver of digitalization for medium-sized companies. With nearly 1,300 highly qualified specialists, OS designs, operates, and supports modern IT systems, ensures long-term service continuity, and maintains the availability of critical business processes. 

• Building and developing the Atlassian team in Slovakia.
• Full ownership of Atlassian products and services within OS GmbH in Slovakia.
• Driving product strategy, development, and delivery in alignment with business goals.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders in OS GmbH and international teams.
• Supporting sales activities, including solution positioning and customer presentations.
• Managing contracts and ensuring proper governance of Atlassian-related services.
• Steering and coordinating local resources involved in Atlassian services.
• Participating in financial and strategic planning (FGL round) related to Atlassian scope.
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement of processes.

• Proven experience in product or service management, ideally in an IT or Atlassian environment.
• Strong understanding of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a significant advantage.
• Experience in building and leading teams is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in sales support and business development.
• Knowledge of contract management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Very good written and spoken German and English (both required).

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
