Job Description
Purpose
Develops new and maintain existing source code of based applications in programming language like Java, ASP.Net or C# based on requirements of internal or external customers. These applications support usually automation of business processes.
Works independently or in project team on developing and building application for customer usage.
Does not necessarily require senior developer’s support , can handle all phases of software development lifecycle by himself, especially for small or midsize applications. For junior developers serves as basic mentor.
Your project:
The Digital Hub supports the "Broadband" tribe in the Deployment Classic cluster in all aspects of the wholesale business in the dimensions "Define, Build, Test and Run" and is based on SAFe.
The Digital Hub covers the following wholesale value streams, including regulatory requirements: Provision for Broadband Classic and Fiber Assurance for Broadband Classic and Fiber The Digital Hub is made up of employees of the Telekom IT organizational units and the associated specialist sites.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Gather and analyze requirements with internal and external stakeholders
- Design midsize application architecture, interfaces, and databases
- Estimate effort, timelines, testing, and bug-fixing for budget planning
- Develop secure, maintainable applications using Java, ASP.NET, or C#
- Test functionality to ensure quality before deployment
- Apply security standards in line with PSA and DTAG policies
- Create and maintain technical and system documentation
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, bug fixes, and feature updates
- Handle deployment, releases, backups, and restores
- Track time transparently for invoicing and controlling
- Manage assigned project tasks and timelines
- Mentor junior developers and deliver technical training when needed
Qualifications
YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
- have experiences with ICT System - 2 years
- have experiences with programming – Intermediate
- have experiences with HW/SW Overview – Advanced
- have experiences with General IT Overview – Advanced
- are communicative, team player and have analytical thinking
- speak English – Upper intermediate (B2)
- have advanced knowledge of software development methodology (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), versioning tools, build tools, development environment, bug tracking tools, LDAP protocol, experienced in UML and overview about application servers and databases.
For the further development of our CRM system DigiPro, based on MS Dynamics 365, we are looking for.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable.
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 3100€ /brutto.
