Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop deeper understanding of the current state of the focus areas and conduct As-Is assessments and gap analysis leveraging process disciplines
• Streamline processes prior to automation wherever needed
• Develops innovative approaches. Identify and implement other process, org design, data / analytics related improvements in addition to Automation to drive holistic transformation
• Build out a clear improvement roadmap and plan for the prioritized improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other methodology (at least Green Belt)
• 5+ years of project management experience/administration, including tracking and reporting responsibilities for a large portfolio of projects
• 3+ years of experience in tracking and planning projects, including working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
• Experience communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely, as well as facilitating meetings
• Experience in business consulting or process reengineering, operations, or quality management
• Experience in assessing large portfolios or leading large programs with multiple cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Optum Insight
• Experience driving change management
• Experience with Agile technology delivery methodology
• Experience in a consulting organization with healthcare domain knowledge
• Familiarity with business process reengineering at a portfolio level
• Ability to assess the end-to-end portfolio to identify specific focus areas for reengineering
• Familiarity in applying latest Automation levers such as robotics/RPA, AI, machine learning, etc.
• Ability to design future state, using Automation levers such as RPA, AI, Machine learning or other
• Excellent skills in time management, organization, and prioritization, with ability to balance multiple priorities
