    Job Description

    The Global Vendor Services (GVS) squad is responsible for:

    • Ensuring international production capability for CPE services and international access
    • Supporting product development with international expertise
    • Developing concepts for license management and implementing international service-enabling functions
    • Managing suppliers through effective vendor management
    • Conducting technical contract negotiations with providers
    • Ensuring the international end-to-end logistics and service chain, including the performance management of hardware and CPE field service providers

    Key Responsibilities

    In this role, you will:

    • Support the analysis and documentation of business requirements in close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
    • Assist in the analysis and visualization of business processes, with a strong focus on usability and operational needs
    • Contribute to feasibility analyses based on existing systems and data structures
    • Support the preparation of functional specifications and related technical documentation
    • Contribute to cost-benefit evaluations within the scope of assigned tasks
    • Assist in coordinating technical implementation, testing, and acceptance activities together with relevant departments and external partners
    • Support project-related activities and documentation
    • Work closely with both business and technical teams in an international environment

     

    Contract Type

    One-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal based on business needs

    Qualifications

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)
    • German language skills at minimum B1 level
    • Basic understanding of IT processes, business analysis methods, and documentation practices
    • Interest in telecommunications technologies and IT solutions
    • General understanding of networking, cloud technologies, or WAN environments is an advantage
    • An analytical mindset and willingness to learn complex business and technical processes
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • The ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
    • A structured and reliable working style
    • First professional experience in IT, telecommunications, business analysis, or project support is an advantage

    Nice to Have / Advantages

    • Experience working in agile organizational structures (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
    • Experience using common collaboration and project management tools (e.g. Jira)
    • Experience working with international providers and suppliers
