Job Description
- Participation in the management of endpoint (client) environments
- Setup of Intune, Defender for Endpoint
- Operation of the environments
- Problem analysis
- Packaging
- Patch management- Customizing and implementing device policies and rule
 
- 2nd-level support for deployed management solutions, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
- Participation in decision-making regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
- Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
- Collaboration on IT projects affecting the workplace
 
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector with relevant professional experience
- At least three years of experience with client management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender
- Good knowledge of other management tools, especially SCCM and Empirum, is an advantage
- Good communication skills and self-motivation, independent working style, customer-oriented mindset, and confident appearance
- Cross-architecture knowledge in the Windows environment is advantageous
- Basic ITSM knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
- Good skills in task automation with Microsoft PowerShell
- Knowledge in managing Apple devices is an advantage
- Good experience with trouble-ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS)
- German language skills (at least B2 level), English is nice to have
