Job Description

As member of the team of Deutsche Telekom Security you will play a major role in the design, implementation and maintenance of coherent sets of policies, processes and systems to handle the security, risks and controls to ensure an appropriate level of information security and compliance for business/enterprise customers consuming IT services from our company. You will be part of the central Business Continuity, Emergency and Crisis Management Team of the Deutsche Telekom Group. This team is responsible for the implementation and development of Business Continuity, Emergency and Crisis Management methods and processes including governance structure for the whole group.

Your tasks:

  • Pursue and review of requirements regarding structure and processes of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Emergency and Crisis Management  (ECM) 
  • Representing the BCM/ECM topics towards internal customers
  • Steering of BCM structures in international subsidiaries including internal audits
  • Development and implementation of overarching BCM and Crisis Management test concepts
  • Development and performing of f awareness measures and trainings
  • Support of measures for coping incidents and crisis

Qualifications

  • University / High school degree in Security Management / Informatics / Engineering / Economics / Cyber security / Project management or a comparable qualification
  • High-level English and German language knowledge
  • Information Security basics knowledge / experience
  • Experience in Business Continuity Management  and/or Emergency and Crisis Management especially in the setup ideally at larger enterprises
  • Experience in international projects
  • Teamwork, self-confidence and diplomatic skills
