This is a remote opportunity

The Senior Associate must be both strategic and organized, be engaged, tenacious and passionate about delivering outstanding media ideas and work. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator that will learn a range of topics from campaign recommendations to reporting to everyday campaign management. You will gain visibility into some of the strongest ad platforms while working to understand their offerings and relevance to our brands.

You Will:

Integrated Planning:

  • Support Manager and Assoc. Director of a given brand's eCommerce business throughout the entire planning, and implementation process
  • Engage in communication and media deliverables for lower funnel media; help to maintain status report as demonstration of this and for client and internal management effectiveness
  • Support senior management on budget projections by channel by month (both GA and DCM), working closely with analytics team, provide up spend and incremental scenarios to client on a regular basis
  • Work with internal channel teams on a daily basis, ensuring campaigns are run to agreed upon best practice guidelines
  • Learn the nuances of how middle funnel and lower funnel work together and how to deliver best possible performance across both
  • Build and sustain client relationships-attending client meetings and maintaining regular contact
  • Work with Integrated Media team to understand how eCommerce media plans can tie into the larger brand campaigns throughout the course of a campaign and help plan full funnel strategy
  • Meet with industry representatives and media partners to understand vendor capabilities that would benefit the client's goals in general and those defined in a campaign's brief
  • Support the team to implement digital campaigns for the client at a variety of retailers such as Walmart, Target, Kroger and others to drive sales, return on ad spend and awareness of the brands

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Build trusting collaborative relationships with clients of all levels (especially Executive Director and Brand Manager)
  • Collaborate with all Agency departments & teams
  • Assist and attend weekly calls and meetings, working to understand all Lower Funnel needs
  • Collaborate across our client team and channels and internal teams

Communication Skills:

  • Encourage open, ongoing internal communication
  • Maintain communications process with clients, creative (when necessary) and agency
  • Help create client presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant past work or internship experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Knowledge of Prisma is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented worker
  • Have a collaborative mindset and desire to build trust with your team
  • Flexible and adaptable to learn new tasks
  • Be a proactive employee; always thinking a step-ahead and showcasing the ability to work on your own initiative

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$80,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
