Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Paid Social, you will plan and activate paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn, among others. You'll work with a team of junior colleagues while also managing daily client needs, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings. You will also lead the QA process for any paid social campaigns that go live.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.
- Manage the day to day workload for our client's paid social needs and deliverables.
- Work directly with clients to discuss paid social strategy, innovation and planning.
- Provide POVs both proactively and when requested
- Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services
- Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.
- Oversee testing and learning for the account while mentoring junior team members
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in paid social media in an agency environment
- Previous/current experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team members in paid social
- Experience working on campaigns that move consumers to download apps
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge of implementing, optimizing and making client recommendations for full-funnel paid social campaigns
- Experience with testing and learning for paid social campaigns

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-110,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
