Job Description

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

As the Analytics Director (CDP), you will be part of Merkle's expanding Customer Analytics practice that guides the strategy and supports the implementation and activation across channels from leading CDP solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform, ActionIQ, Lytics, mParticle, Salesforce C360A and Interaction Studio. The goal of our practice is to help clients deploy these platforms, maximize the usage, and demonstrate ROI from driving real-time personalization and omnichannel orchestration. You will report to the Analytics, Vice President.

Qualifications

  • You will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
  • You will have at least 9 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, preferably within digital agencies, consulting, martech, or adtech organizations.o
  • You will lead CDP engagements by providing expertise in the strategy, design of marketing omni-channel use cases and customer journeys.
  • You will develop the roadmap for a CDP platform, ensuring understanding of goals, integration with organization's Martech ecosystem that drive incremental benefits.
  • You will build frameworks required to define use cases based on a detailed understanding of clients' needs and goals.
  • You will conduct audience analyses using data attributes and business knowledge, developing audiences based on testing and targeting strategies.
  • You will provide CDP in-platform expertise, data strategy, audience analytics for cross-channel customer engagement, testing, and measurement.
  • You will guide use case development to improve business KPIs based on client goals, CDP functionality, data availability, and organizational readiness.
  • You will manage transformations through journey mapping, insight development, development of transformational roadmaps, and value quantification.
  • You will guide activation and orchestration of audiences across partners such as Google, Facebook, ESPs, DSPs, and app platforms.
  • You will understand the nuances in marketing to customers across different verticals and environments.
  • You will build and present data and technology use case recommendations and performance reports to clients.
  • You will collaborate with leadership, partners and partner agencies to turn ideas into relevant plans.
  • You will lead client meetings and discussions, define project goals and engagement approach, lead discovery sessions, workshops, and deliverable reviews, and manage daily delivery efforts.
  • You will partner with project managers to develop detailed project plans, ensuring the quality of deliverables and understanding of client expectations.
  • You will stay current with trends in the Adtech/Martech Ecosystems and provide expertise, driving innovation to meet client needs.
  • You will have experience in the B2B and B2C environments, with an understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • You will be experienced in implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, email, site, and mobile.
  • You will have knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation and personalization.
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end consulting process, from strategy design to execution.
  • You will have Strong writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills, with experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations; proficiency in PowerPoint is essential.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
