Job Description
Considering candidates local to the Bay Area
This role will report into the VP. You will promote creative work, be a true partner to clients, and show experience with the brand and category.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Translate client needs into actionable creative strategies.
- Lead the development of performance-driven creative assets across defined performance creative channels (social, display, video, CRM, etc.).
- Collaborate with creative teams (designers, copywriters, and strategists) to ensure alignment between creative concepts and performance goals.
- Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines and are optimized for performance.
- Partner with strategy to drive A/B testing strategies and creative optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with media and strategy to analyze creative effectiveness, utilizing metrics such as CTR, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Use data insights to guide creative adjustments and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure continuous creative testing and iteration to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 8 years of integrated agency account management experience
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital media channels.
- Ability to interpret creative performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex creative projects.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google,, etc.) and the role of creative assets in ad performance.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
