Job Description

We are looking for a Working Student eager to join in our Legal team Switzerland and DACH.

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to the Swiss and DACH Legal team;
  • Support Legal team members in drafting and executing legal agreements;
  • Deliver Legal research;
  • Formulate and deploy process-related improvements with regards to the provision of legal support services to the business, including drafting and revising template agreements and legal training materials;
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide assistance in basic legal procedural areas;
  • Create and proof-reads documents and presentations;
  • Ensure that files and the dedicated section of the intranet are kept up to date with legal news, correspondence and documents;
  • Participate in the Legal team’s marketing and networking strategies as directed;
  • Perform general admin duties.

We offer 16 working hours per week.

 

Qualifications

 

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

  • Has a solid academic record;
  • Works independently and assumes responsibility on assigned tasks, thinks outside the box and shows commitment;
  • Has proficiency in legal research;
  • Is willing to work closely with the business and build partnerships;
  • Has open and communicative personality;
  • Is an excellent team player;
  • Business fluent in English and German (fluency in French is a plus)
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
