Job Description

As the Business Analyst, will help bridge the gap between our clients’ needs and technical solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments. You will collaborate with teams in an Agile environment to define and deliver user stories, acceptance criteria, and solutions that meet client needs. You will report to a Business Analyst Director.

Qualifications

  • You will collaborate with team members to gather and document requirements, converting them into relevant user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • You will work with Agile teams, ensuring business requirements are understood, tracked, and delivered.
  • You will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure solutions are aligned with platform capabilities and client needs.
  • You will maintain clear communication across all team members.
  • You will ensure deliverables meet quality standards
  • You will facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings in collaboration with Agile teams.
  • You will participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help validate solutions meet acceptance criteria
  • You will have at least 1 year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), understanding its main features.
  • You will have experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with teams.
  • You will have experience writing clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • You will ensure deliverables align with requirements and client expectations.
  • You will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar).

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
