Job Description
This is a remote opportunity
As a part of the project management team you will provide tactical support in the management of all activities with internal teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. You will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. You will be reporting to the Associate Director, Project Management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams
- Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team
- Uphold quality control standards, to ensure milestone approval from cross-agency departments and general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle
- Lead and manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker
- Work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency
- Track and manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production
- Review and assess weekly financial reports
- Participate in internal financial billing meetings
- Ensure quality control of all end product
- Make recommendations based on industry best practices
- Master and manage escalation processes
- Manage and mentor junior team of 1-3 Associate PMs (where applicable)
- Manage $2-5MM in business (with senior oversight)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2– 4 years Assoc. PM or PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment
- Demonstrate core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation, negotiation, and communication to keep team members up to date on status of projects
- Manage campaign tactics
- Demonstrate capacity to understand dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could affect deliverables
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects
- Understanding of complex low and mid-level project cycle process
Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/o r other benefits also are available.
