Senior Associate, Media Investment

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Senior Associate is to execute and track all media buys running through the Agyle Advantage program. The Senior Associate's responsibility is to manage and guide the Associate role to successfully coordinate all aspects of the media buying process. This is a remote role and will report to the Manager, Media Investment.

  • You will review media buy submissions from buying/planning teams and registers plans with vendors with deals in place
  • You will execute and steward buys for clients opted in to the Agyle Advantage program
  • You will further develop relationships with vendors to best serve our client savings goals
  • You will use media knowledge to ensure successful campaign execution from start to finish
  • You will assist in managing expectations of clients and their deliverables
  • You will informs client/team of new opportunities or issues
  • You will participate, plan, and lead meetings with both internal and external personnel
  • You will maintain constant presence in marketplace in order to learn new and innovative ideas that can be presented to management
  • You will actively seek solutions to issues related to media buying tools such as DDS, preemptions and makegoods with client media plans
  • You will seek ways to improve vendor relationships to increase profitability
  • You will instruct and develop Associates knowledge of Agyle Advantage, deal creation/management and DDS programs
  • You may be responsible for constructing and delivering accurate, and honest performance management documents
  • You will work with management team to develop strategies for new deals
  • You will assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner and provide potential solutions
  • You will proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
  • You will assist in the development of presentations and POVs
  • You will develop client reports that are clear and compelling
  • You will ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etc.
  • You will collaborate with management on external communications with client in relation to their media schedules

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year(s) of media buying experience
  • You have media plan management experience
  • You have working knowledge of DDS
  • You have knowledge of media research terminology

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
