Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to join our client leadership team to build and maintain our partner relationships across all lines of business. We are looking for someone who excels in a lively environment, loves learning, prioritizes building client trust, and wears passion for their team and client on their sleeve.

You will play an important role in daily client communication as it relates to key information about assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process.

You will become a trusted partner to both internal and client teams and should always look for more opportunities to develop your skills to lead the team through a successful project from start to finish. You will work as part of a broader account team and will report directly to our VP, Client Leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for most day-to-day client contact and the success of internal projects
  • Projects range in scope and are inclusive of: traditional brand and product strategy, creative development, production workstreams, experience strategy and some website experience design deliverables
  • Partner with production teams to build and manage timelines and milestones
  • You will ensure deliverables are on-time and exceed client expectations
  • Set up internal team for success, making sure that clients' expectations are inline with the cross-functional team output
  • You will get the best work/creative out of the team and sell it to the client
  • Find appropriate merchandising moments and identify areas of opportunity to grow account and increase revenue
  • Act as gate-keeper in identifying red flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk
  • Contribute to or develop scopes of work when applicable, including quarterly business reviews or Account Reviews
  • Oversee cross-department involvement and knows when to leverage necessary resources
  • Lead majority of client communications, sets expectations, and manages quality of deliverables to deadline
  • Present recommendations & POVs that drive innovation for the business
  • Oversee client budget management, billing process and contribute to forecasting
  • Guide and support Associate/Account Executives to develop management skills
  • Assist team leads in all necessary facets

This is a hybrid position. The office location is New York City.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years Account Leadership experience
  • Minimum 3 years creative agency experience
  • Minimum 2 years leading an account focused on creative development/production
  • Working knowledge of social, website UX, design or relevant digital experience
  • Experience writing concise internal and client documents
  • Ability to sell agency strategies, creative and points of view
  • Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client's business
  • Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team & direct reports

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400 / year.

Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
