Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Martech Capability Lead to lead our B2B Technology go-to market. You will understand B2B marketing technology, in Marketo, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and lead generation strategies. You will provide strategic, consultative insight for MarTech solutions that achieve measurable results for our clients.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Audience Team Leaders. You will be an individual contributor. This is a remote role with some travel.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: You will provide strategic leadership using insightful influence for the B2B MarTech division, aligning with our goals and client needs.

2. MarTech Solutions Development: You will design and implement the latest MarTech solutions for B2B clients using platforms like Marketo to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

3. ABM Strategy: You will lead the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technology offering, including audience segmentation, personalized content creation, and targeted outreach programs.

4. Client Engagement: You will be a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and vision on MarTech strategies, technology investments, and optimization opportunities to maximize return on investment.

5. Collaboration: You will collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and seamless client experiences.

6. Industry Trends Monitoring: You will stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in B2B MarTech, evaluating new technologies and approaches to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

7. Performance Measurement: You will establish indicators and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of MarTech plans, providing regular reporting and insights to clients and company partners.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience developing successful MarTech strategies that improve measurable results.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Consultative experience explaining complex concepts and strategies to clients and company partners.
  • Expertise in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $163,000-$263,350. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
