Job Description

The Sr. Associate, Client Solutions and Planning is the day-to-day lead with both clients and internal teams, supporting the management of Paid Search, Shopping, Search Engine Optimizations (SEO), and teams. This person must be organized, well-spoken, and have leadership qualities which translate into the ability to manage projects to meet client needs. This person will oversee projects from beginning to end and must do so without losing sight of bigger-picture goals.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead client meetings and day-to-day client and internal communications, while coordinating cross-department
  • Manages the development and delivery of a variety of client deliverables ranging from campaign reports to status documents
  • Oversee cross-functional processes and identify best utilization of team resources
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Mines data, provides insights and offers recommendations (to Supervisor/Director) on business-oriented challenges/opportunities
  • Owns and masters account finance tracking, including generating media authorizations & invoices
  • Demonstrates critical thinking in solving problems and is resourceful in gathering data and addressing issues to contribute to solutions
  • Supports the team by managing daily account needs from task/project management and meeting logistics, to distribution of account-related documentation

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in marketing or related field with 2-3 years of account management in a digital environment, or similar years in paid search and/or digital analytics with a client facing role
  • Experience with billing, trafficking, and capturing notes from status calls (internal & external)
  • Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of Paid Media or SEO, along with a foundational understanding of the various digital media channels, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media
  • Excellent communications (written/verbal), presentation and analytical skills with the ability to craft appropriate strategies, develop presentations, POVs and key strategic documents to provide thought leadership and drive innovation
  • Enthusiasm for digital media, the advertising eco-system, and up and coming developments

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375 per year
Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
