Job Description

As the Experience Design Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of all projects within our experience design capability. Your primary focus will be to ensure projects are sold at target margin and are delivered within that target, maintain high quality delivery standards, trouble shoot project issues, and provide guidance to the studio and delivery teams. In addition, you will play a crucial client-facing role in resolving project related concerns and aligning on an approach for all new business opportunities. This role requires a thorough understanding of working within an agency setting, strong financial acumen, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Project Staffing:

  • Ensure that projects are sold and staffed with the right mix of skills and experience to meet the client's requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to identify staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee the financial performance of the Experience Design capability, ensuring that all metrics are tracked and achieved.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking actual vs. planned costs.
  • Analyze financial performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present financial and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into project financials, staffing, and overall performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial and performance reports.

Process Improvement:

  • Work closely with the Project Management Lead and Studio Leads to evaluate and improve project delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and financial targets.
  • Provide guidance and support to creative leads on financial and staffing matters.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project delivery, financial management, and resource allocation within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing project financials and achieving target margins.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial reporting tools.

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $136,00 - $219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
