Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Benefits leader to join our dentsu Americas Rewards Team. You will develop and implement strategic benefit strategies and programs for our employees in the Americas region – ensuring our offerings are comprehensive, sustainable and aligned with our overall total reward philosophy. You will enhance operational efficiency and manage the budget for our benefit programs and ensures our offerings are compliant with all applicable regulations.

You will report to: Americas Rewards Lead

Other responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance and attractiveness of the plans and recommend and implement enhancements.
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors, brokers, consultants, and carriers.
  • Develop communication and education strategies to increase employee awareness and engagement.
  • Lead any benefit related special projects such as open enrollment, recognition programs and integrations for any M&A transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and ensure any required filings are completed promptly.
  • Lead a talented team of benefit professionals by providing feedback following dentsu's leadership attributes.
  • You will demonstrate change agility and a continuous improvement mindset, while having the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams at dentsu, including Finance, Legal, Tax, and Payroll.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience in benefits strategy and leadership
  • Experience in health and retirement plan design, administration, compliance and best practices
  • Proficiency in analyzing benefits data to make informed decisions and improvements
  • Experience in benefits M&A activities and integrations
  • Experience managing and implementing benefits programs from start to finish
  • Experience addressing complex benefits-related issues
  • A collaborator that partners across HR and the Business to help attract and retain top talent
  • Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday) workflows and reporting

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,650. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
