Job Description

The Associate, Digital Reconciliation main responsibility is to manage the throughput of digital invoices from receipt through clearance for payment. This includes review of media system reporting to track and resolve areas where invoices are missing or discrepant. You are necessary to the daily running within the Financial Operations department and designated account(s). The successful Associate, Digital Reconciliation shows the initiative to problem solve and guide communication between media teams, Accounts Payable, and vendors. You will report to a Senior Associate or manager. This role is open to remote employees in the Eastern time zone.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Digital Operations Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end reconciliation process of digital media campaigns
  • Work with the internal Media team, Business & Financial Operations, Accounts Payable and external media partners to secure receipt and processing of invoices
  • Identify and request revised invoices from media suppliers where discrepancies exist (together with media teams)
  • Manage vendor invoices in IPS platform
  • Review of media partner open payable/statement of account documents
  • Provide detailed reporting of account activity and campaign status
  • Ensure adherence to audit compliance guidelines
  • Meet client's quarterly reconciliation timelines
  • Resolve reporting and vendor invoicing discrepancies

Client & Internal Relationships:

  • Support Media and Business Operations teams in digital discrepancy resolution
  • Work with internal finance teams providing status of open items
  • Engage with all work-related contacts through personal and written communications
  • Attend and organize all status meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a similar analytical track
  • 0-2 years industry experience
  • 1+ years of experience in analytics, math and Microsoft Excel
  • Interest in and familiarity with accounting and bill/pay procedures

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $72,450. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
