Job Description

MuteSix is searching for an  Associate Director, Paid Social to support one of its growing client base. Reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Social, you will lead paid social team members in daily account management and implementation of strategy, tracking performance against goals, and adherence to deadlines, among other topics. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client strategies and ensure that the team is aligned on strategy and process 
  • Develop relationships with important partners at all relevant social media platform partners 
  • Ensure best practices in all paid social activities; ensure knowledge sharing across teams 
  • Develop direct reports and manage complete team development 
  • Partner with other channels 
  • Contribute to new business development 
  • Exhibit leadership across teams and agency; be a role model of dentsu values 

Qualifications

You Have:

  •  6+ years of Paid Social Media experience 
  •  2+ years of managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team 
  • Past experience creating and managing full-funnel campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn and TikTok, among others. 
  • Knowledge of the newest developments in Paid Social and related technologies
  • Advanced project management skills for managing client expectations 
  • Strategic planning for revenue and team growth

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
