Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex and customized HTML email code that adheres to industry best practices and brand guidelines, and matches the original creative design.
  • Additional code-related responsibilities include:
  • Apply dynamic content rules and configure link tracking
  • Quality assurance of dynamic email
  • Content change management
  • Link tracking and email deployment using proprietary email platform
  • Upload HTML/Text content to email platform
  • Work with email account production managers to coordinate campaign assets
  • Provide error-free final list deployments
  • Meet deadlines for content publication
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to the evolving needs and priorities of our clients
  • Maintain basic knowledge of data as it relates to HTML code
  • Keep up with industry standards, innovations, and new best practices in email marketing
  • Will report to the Senior Associate, Manager, or Director on the account

Qualifications

 

  • Prioritize quality and accuracy in everything you do
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and client checklists
  • Utilize self-auditing processes and techniques
  • Technical knowledge and skills
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience in responsive design is required
  • Basic knowledge of email platform limitations and code fixes/hacks to resolve (e.g., SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Responsys)
  • Self-sufficiency
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
