Job Description

Carat Content is looking for an Associate to work on the Proctor & Gamble (P&G) line of business; providing the key admin role in the development of audience first, insight led, storytelling opportunities in support of the broader team and key marketplace vendors on behalf of category and brand remits​. The Associate will partner closely with their senior team members on all content related elements of the client including developing and executing a brand content strategy, cultivating new content opportunities, and managing and creating never been done before entertainment relationships for P&G.  The associate will provide day to day support of team members to foster and maintain relationships with clients, agency partners and external vendors driving the vision and business goals of category and brand forward. This position is an integral role in providing creative insight, strategic and organizational insight to P&G’s continued innovation and expansion across all brand entertainment and content initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Support and collaborate with senior team members to help serve category and client content needs
  • Provides regular communication of key information and reporting to client team and stakeholders as directed by senior manager​
  • Provides market reporting and analysis across competitor, consumer and culture​
  • Helps with gathering data for insight interpretation and provides input into consideration sets​
  • Helps distribute RFPs to partners and coordinates responses, communicates progress and participates in idea sessions​
  • Works with senior managers provides input into content scorecard ​
  • Compile and take first pass in development of wrap reports pulling in all insights and analysis ​
  • Responsible for Haircare Status and Haircare/Corporate Case Studies​
  • Supports NDA Compliance for content team​
  • Responsible for coordinating vendor meeting set up – including market research for new and lapsed partners​
  • Responsible for vendor review documentation​
  • Responsible for curating Carat Content newsletter and distributing to broader P&G team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Software/Program Proficiency:  Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, all Social media platforms

Additional Information

For positions not eligible for incentive or commission plans: The anticipated salary range for this position is $39,000 - $62,962. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
