Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Experiential Production, you'll support the Diageo Non-Premise team through planning, staffing, tracking and sometimes activating sponsored events. You have cultural, community, and local awareness, and the ability to connect our brands with the right events while maximizing consumer satisfaction and brand relevance.

  • You'll organize activities for multiple events simultaneously, and lead on-site production while ensuring compliance with state event regulations, local sampling laws, company policies, and client marketing codes.
  • You'll support budget creation, expense tracking, vendor communications, timeline management, logistics, and on-site execution.
  • You'll be responsible for event report forms and sourcing that aligns with our brand's goals.
  • You'll ensure part-time event staff are understanding of activation goals and local compliance.
  • You'll manage administrative and operational tasks such as procuring permits, invoice requests, staff payroll, and expenses.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years minimum experience producing experiential or event production projects within an advertising environment
  • College graduate (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience
  • Experience tying business strategy and sponsorship to experiential events
  • Ability to stay organized across several projects at a time while remaining proactive and communicative
  • Experience in at least one additional specialized area such as stage production, lighting technology and design, transportation, set fabrication, décor styling, etc.
  • Excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working some non-traditional hours (this is not a 9 to 5 job)

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $39,000 - $62,962. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
